Easy waterfall trails in Georgia

I love waterfalls. They have a way to make me forget about the stress of everyday life and work. So, when I have time off, immersing myself in nature is the way to go. Normally, I don’t mind a good long hike but sometimes, I just don’t feel like doing so, or I’m with a friend or family member who can’t physically hike long distances.

So, today I’m going to share with you the shortest yet stunning waterfall trails I’ve visited so far in Georgia.

Minnehaha Falls

One of the most photographed, the Minnehaha Trail (.4 mile in length) follows Fall Branch until a dead end at the Minnehaha Falls.  This waterfall tumbles approximately 100 feet. It’s family-friendly and dog friendly.
